Spacious room, quiet area, which allowed us to sleep comfortably with minimal noise from outside and enjoy the holiday treats like Christmas candies and hot chocolate.

The check-in process could have been quicker.

Cute hotel, amicable staff, beautiful room. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a fridge in the room. Location adjacent to restaurants near by. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

The location was unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Discovery Cove Amusement Park. The room was big and it had a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets, that's cool.

We had a fantastic time with the comfy queen beds and the pull-out couch in our room. The pool was beautiful and the sun terrace was a great spot to relax. Just a heads up, the breakfast could definitely use some improvement, but overall, we loved our stay! ☀️

The hotel excels in its location, positioned conveniently close to the convention center. The King Room offered ample space, and the breakfast selection, while simple, included made-to-order omelets that were quite satisfying. The staff stood out for their really good service. They were friendly and resourceful, particularly during my check-in process which was complicated due to an ID issue. There could be improvements in breakfast options since variety was limited with only liquid egg ingredients available.

The hotel had a great location close to the parks and spacious rooms, but the housekeeping fell short with cleanliness issues and inconsistent service that dampened the experience. Staff interactions varied, with some being very helpful, while others were less attentive to guest needs.

The element was a good stay! The modern design made it easy to navigate, and the full kitchen was a game changer for our family. The outdoor patio with a fire pit was perfect. Breakfast was included, and the staff were genuinely friendly, especially ignacio!

I stayed for 5 nights and loved how close the hotel was to SeaWorld, just a little over 2 kilometers away. We enjoyed breakfast with.

An appropriate option for a short stint in Orlando with great value. They allowed us a late checkout at 12:30pm, super handy. Consider asking about parking options nearby to save on fees.
